I am an adventurous husband and dad, looking to share the wisdom, adventures and lessons in life that God has allowed me to have so far in life. I hope you find something on this blog that will bring value to your life and your relationship with Jesus. My desire is to share wisdom with parents and church leaders.
These topics form the basis for the information I hope to share with you. These topics are from what I have found in my life that to be interesting, helpful and motivational.

Who I am
I have been married since 1996 to the woman I felt God led me to when I did’t know how to ask for such a good blessing. We have two children that are night and day from each other, and both bring us joy in diverse ways. Both myself and my wife have parents that have been married for over 50 years and set a great example for us in our own marriage.
I am a US Army veteran and served in the 10th Mountain Division in Ft Benning, GA. I have a BS in Organizational Management from Tusculum College, and currently work in sales for a telephone and Internet service provider. I have been a youth league coach for football, baseball and basketball, and currently a leader in the Cross Train Sports Camp. My dad and I love to BBQ as a cater and in competitions together. In 2015 I became a beekeeper and enjoy the rewards from honey bees.
I have served in my church as a youth director, teacher, singer, instrumentalist, sound technician, mission leader, and currently the Fellowship Groups Director (some call it Sunday School or small groups). I am passionate for the local church and the mission it plays in developing disciples as part of God’s Kingdom here on earth.
Thank you for giving me a few minutes of your day by reading my blog. I hope to engage with you and other like minded family members and church leaders as I press onward with my journey home.
